You CAN do hard things.
Let’s do them often.
Together.

DoING Hard Things Often IS LIFE.

Our mission is to do hard things intentionally.

Life doesn’t let up just because you got knocked down. The world doesn’t stop turning to give you a breather. Life in this world can be hard. It’s also beautiful though – meaningful and filled with opportunities for those who are hungry.

We train and push, we pull and grind – intentionally working to be prepared for those opportunities. By doing hard things often, we stay sharp, humble, vigilant and ready to make the most of every breath in our lungs. We do it together because it’s more fun and we get to hold each other accountable to a life well-lived.

THE MURPH.

Do Hard Things Often (DHTO) was birthed from one of the hardest workouts we’d ever tackled – The Murph.

My name is Kyler Crawford and I co-founded DHTO alongside my good friend, Vincent Delegge. We’ve been gym rats most of our lives. In 2020, I branched out from my regular gym routine and started CrossFit. I was hooked. Every Memorial Day, many CrossFit gyms host The Murph, which is completed in a 20lb weighted vest and consists of:

In 2021, I invited to Vincent to come throw down with me. We both got our butts kicked so badly that Vincent came in last! After that, he never wanted to finish last again. So, he started talking about hosting a Murph workout every Saturday morning at one of our local beaches. He envisioned our community coming out and pushing themselves alongside us.

So, we asked for people to do hard things with us early ever Saturday morning. And they did.
